This site was designed with an emphasis on communicating city information to the Damascus citizens. The site needed the ability to have the city staff quickly add brand new pages as needed for city services, change out hot topic items, create new meetings for the calendar and post meeting information and summaries. Site visitors can sign up for eNewsletters as well as to be notified when new meeting information is posted to the site.

Secured Marine Trust OneTool
This web application is used by marine brokers and lenders to handle all of the paperwork necessary to sell a yacht. All information is entered and maintained online with documents printed as pdf files. Optimum Solutions was contracted to handle the UI portion of the project as well a development of administration tools.

Portland Patrol Scheduling System
Portland Patrol uses a custom web-based scheduling system to coordinate the placement of security officers for their contracts. This process was previously done in Excel and took over 3 days to craft a single two-week schedule. This process now takes less than five seconds to create the schedule. The schedule also visually shows information such as which officers are in need training, who is currently scheduled for overtime, and who needs to be notified about a shift change.
